Quiz Night 2006 (2005 details below)

Colleges United held the infamous Quiz Night on Saturday 22nd July 2006 at the Mt Crosby Community Hall. Graeme Parr was once again the quiz master par excellence. Despite the alligator pear and bubble'n'squeak debates the night was a roaring success with more than 50 people in attendance. There are several photos being held from display here until the ransom is paid...Thanks also go to Colin McInnes and Shaun Charlton for their dedication and hard work that ensured a successful night.

Quiz Night 2005

Doesn't really matter how hard you study, or how long you take to prepare, there's always one question.... who was that actor again?? We'll just put that one down along with petit fours and rack of lack. And if you don't know what I'm talking about, you obviously didn't attend the Colleges United 2005 quiz night, where quiz master Graeme Parr once again caused confusion, stupefaction, disorientation and incomprehension, while at the same time providing an extremely entertaining evening raising some valuable funds for the club. A special mention also to Cliff 'Auctioneer' Evans, and Julian 'would you like to buy just ten more raffle tickets' Wellington, along with all the other able assistants. Eighty people attended the evening at the Mt Crosby Community Hall on 23 July 2005, where we raised over $1400 for the night. Thank you to all who supported the evening, which including some very spirited bidding for the final joker of the evening. The winners of the night were of course the kids, who can continue to enjoy playing soccer, while the parents have an enjoyable night out socialising.
